How can ASIRT ( Alberta. Serious. Incident. Response. Team) be independent if police are still doing the investigations?
Just wanted to show you how ASIRT and Edmonton city police staged the crime scene to fit the story they made up. In previous video you see police car #A22 parked in the alley, the one Cst Power and Cst Fox were driving when they followed Kinling down the alley but they stated at the Fatality Inquiry they were driving car #A14, #A22 was the only car that was in the alley coming from the direction of the grocery store which Power and Fox said they came from when they were trying to stop Kinling, it's one of only two police cars involved in the shooting. Why was ASIRT allowed to move the police car in a different position? is that legal? and why were they allowed to bring a different car back to the crime scene? is that legal? At 1:06 of the video you can see they brought police car #A23 back, is that legal to replace a police car involved in a shooting with a different one? Everything that you see here was given to ASIRT, plus more witness statements and better video but I feel they destroyed it or threw it away to protect Edmonton city police from being convicted of a homicide of an unarmed man. All Canadian police and agencies that investigate Canadian police are corrupt and Canada needs federal oversite, RCMP are just corrupt police also. If the Canadian government speaks out about police, no one can stop police from harassing and intimidating government officials. Canada needs to create a Canadian Federal Agency (CFA) so government can change the laws and policies when it comes to police actions without the threat of them or they're families being harassed or intimidated by Canadian police. This is a prime example of why all investigations into police should be turned over to the families who lost a loved one at the hands of the police and all investigation results be made pubic...be well
