How easy it is for the police to change facts to benefit their side of the "story".

Kinling's ex girlfriend called for a welfare check because she wasn't sure about the "prank" Kinling pulled was a "prank" and to make sure he's was still doing fine but that's not what the police stated. In the picture Power and Fox stated they parked down the block by 100 ave and 155st then saw Kinling drive through the parking lot at the grocery store which is physically impossible to do a block away. Then they stated they got behind Kinling's car and turned on there lights but in the video the lights are not on (another deceptive statement) and they stopped in the ally way in car #A22 ( you can see the car number in the video). Power and Fox did not pull in the parking lot because you can't enter coming down the ally in a larger car because entrance is to small, only if your coming from 100 ave you can. The police car #A14 is the one that entered the parking lot that was driven by the bald headed police officer which was Sgt Murphy, you can see him in the video also. ASIRT changed the number's of the police car's because in witness statement car #A14 that was driven by the bald headed police officer who was the one who ran over Kinling, got out with gun drawn the shot Kinling while still trying to stand up, no weapon in hand or at crime scene. The rest of the police "story" of Kinling trying to run them over was made up because in witness statement the witness stated that Power and Fox pulled him out of the PT cruiser and Kinling over powered them so they got scared and pulled there gun's on him and that's when Sgt Murphy drove in the parking lot and ran him over and shot him... How can police change which car they were driving, are there no protocols to follow? or can police change any and all evidence to benefit them at any time? No gps on the car's either?.....Everyone that has a loved one killed by Canadian police should get together and start a class action lawsuit to get the final investigation file's and see how the Canadian police really killed their loved one, I bet most of the investigation evidence is made up like in Kinling's homicide. Also can the government change the law so police have to give families the final investigation finding or are they protecting police and there crime's also?..be well
