When the second police car arrived at crime scene.
First picture is what police said under oath at the fatality inquiry. Second is which way Sgt Alan Murphy came and arrived on scene [from witness diagram]. Third is what the one of the witnesses seen and made a statement about with a drawn diagram. The witnesses all stated the same and saw the [bald headed] police officer driving the second car that arrived, nobody knew who the officers were and only could describe how they looked. In the diagram the witness states the second car that arrived on scene while Cst Brendan Power badge # 3272 and Cst Brent Fox badge # 3296 had their guns drawn on Kinling, hit and ran over Kinling then exited the car with his gun drawn and shoots Kinling while trying to get up, the one Sgt Alan Murphy badge # 1972 was driving but Murphy said it was Power's that shot Kinling when it was him that did it at the fatality inquiry ...........Why is it always different in what really happens and what police say. All police shooting that have someone being killed by police should be made public and the results should be given to the family for police transparency......Why does the Canadian government's and police make it almost impossible for families to see or have the results, it's the family's right to know how police killed their loved one's...isn't it??? It's time to make a change in policies on how Canadian police are not held accountable for any of their conduct including homicide...be well
